Our experience in the Medical, Religious, Office, Retail, Institutional, Food Service, Residential and Land Planning arenas sets us apart from other designers in this area.  Through our past experience and a diverse pool of cooperative design professionals, we can provide services and experience to our clients that will be of great benefit.  We are registered through the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) and are licensed in the states of Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma.  Our constant perspective to the outcome of a project has created numerous projects on time and within budget.

DESIGN FEES

We will do all that we can to establish a design fee in the beginning of a project.  We feel that is the best way for our clients to control their costs.  Most of the projects that we contract are done on a percentage basis or a cost-not-to-exceed basis.  These figures will be established prior to starting any design work on your project.
